Assessments

My goal is to provide thoughtful and accurate clinical impressions* based on what you share with me, supported by my professional evaluation.

I offer comprehensive assessment interviews for those individuals who are curious if they have symptoms of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.  I provide clinical impressions* on a range of disorders which may also be co-occurring with ADHD symptoms and challenges. A screen for the following disorders may include:

  • ADHD

  • Autism

  • Depression

  • Anxiety Disorders

  • Self-Harm

  • Psychosis

  • Substance Use Disorder (SUD)

  • Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)

  • Bipolar Disorder

  • Disruptive Mood Dysregulation Disorder (DMDD)

  • Impulse Control Disorder (ICD)

  • Eating Disorders

  • Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

  • Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS)

*Note: Clinical Impressions are not formal diagnoses but an opinion based on clinical experience about symptom clusters that are reported during a comprehensive assessment.
For a formal diagnosis in British Columbia you would have to go to a Psychiatrist, General Practitioner, Medical Doctor, Nurse Practitioner, or Psychologist.

Assessment interviews are thorough and typically take about three hours. If you’d like to learn more or sign up, I’d be happy to help you take the next step.

I have been trained by Dr. Antonio Ocana, GP to effectively collect detailed information that can help regulated health professionals, such as medical doctors, psychiatrists, or psychologists, determine diagnoses when appropriate. If a diagnosis is desired/required, I can refer you to Dr. Ocana, GP who can review the assessment information we gather and, alongside his clinical interview, can confirm whether a diagnosis is applicable. **

**Please note that this service involves an additional fee, payable to Dr. Ocana, GP.

Assessment Study

I am collaborating with Dr. Antonio Ocana, GP from the North Shore ADHD Clinic, on a study to validate the E360 online assessment tool. This tool is designed to help diagnose ADHD and 41 other mental health conditions, such as depression and anxiety.

Our goal is to reduce barriers like cost and access to qualified medical professionals by ensuring the E360 tool is accurate and effective. We anticipate starting this study in late 2025. If you’re interested in participating, please click the link below to join the waitlist.
